VINTAGE 2008
Poised & Elegant like the maiden 2007 vintage. This wine exudes cool herbaceous tones and a lovely, leesy grip. There is a slight savouriness - perhaps a sea tang from the Cove - that is the unique signature of these wines. Tasting just after bottling; however these wines may show (even) better once settled.

Shiraz Challenge Wine Magazine - editor's choice,
Platter:
The vanilla-toned 2007 Shiraz slips down easily courtesy sweet cassis fruit & supple tannins (66% new oak). This 15.5% alc Shiraz has intensity, structure and even though tasted just after bottling is worthy of a four star rating.
